Terms of Service

Welcome to Club Creator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, builder, Console, and related services. By accessing or using Club Creator, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts, Workspaces, and Roles

To use our website builder, you must register a User account:

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
  • Workspaces: A User creates or joins a Workspace representing a specific Tenant (e.g., a specific sports club or athletic community). The workspace owns all Project configurations, custom domains, and subscription plans.
  • Member Roles: Workspace owners can invite other Users to their Workspace and assign roles. Owners are responsible for all actions taken by workspace members.

2. Use of the Services

Club Creator provides a multi-tenant content management system and website builder tailored for sports clubs. Your license to use the platform is subject to the following rules:

  • Core Builder & Blocks: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Console and use the Core Builder to configure Site Pages utilizing our registered Blocks and templates.
  • Custom Code Injection: If your billing plan allows, you may inject Custom Code (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript tracking scripts, analytics pixels, etc.) into your project settings. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any injected scripts comply with applicable privacy laws and do not disrupt the service. We reserve the right to disable custom code that degrades performance or poses security risks.
  • Custom Domains: You may route custom vanity URLs to your published projects. You must own or have authorized control over any Custom Domain linked to our platform. We provide free SSL certificates managed through our edge CDN.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content, files, and data you upload to the platform:

  • Tenant Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all information entered into Content Collections, including player rosters (names, positions, photos, jersey numbers, and tags), sponsor assets, and news articles.
  • CSV Roster Imports: If you use the bulk CSV Import tool, you warrant that all imported player and staff details are accurate and that you have obtained consent to display these details publicly if published.
  • Form Blocks and Registration: If you collect visitor information using our Form Blocks (such as Player Registration Forms), you are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining necessary consents from site visitors.
  • Club Creator IP: All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including the Core Builder, Console layout, standard block wireframes, site rendering code, templates, and Icon Registry, remain the exclusive property of Club Creator.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Some features and capacity tiers require a paid subscription:

  • Stripe Payments: All billing, invoicing, and subscription renewals are managed via Stripe. By signing up for a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring billing cycle.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Adjustments to your plan will automatically prorate. Downgrading may restrict access to premium features (e.g., Custom Code, Custom Domains, or certain Blocks).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Security, Audits, and Suspension

We log administrative actions in our system Audit Logs to ensure platform security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, workspace, or published website at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activities, or placed an excessive burden on our edge routing infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL RENDERED SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CLUB CREATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLUB CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Club Creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
