We collect information in three main contexts: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information collected on behalf of our Tenants.
A. Account and Profile Data (Users)
When you create an account, register a workspace, or access the Console, we collect:
- Authentication Information: Your name, email address, and encrypted credentials.
- Workspace & Member Information: Roles, titles, and team alignments within your Workspace.
- Billing Details: Subscription plan preferences and payment transaction details. Note: Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
B. Content and Configurations (Tenants)
We store the assets and structured data you submit to populate your website, including:
- Site Configurations: Brand colors, typography preferences, favicons, custom subdomains, and Custom Domain mappings.
- Content Collections: Roster details (player names, jersey numbers/member identifiers, positions, photographs, and tags), sponsor details, and articles. This includes any rosters bulk-uploaded using our CSV Import tool.
- Custom Code: Analytics tracking pixels, custom scripts, and styling overrides that you choose to inject via our Project Settings.
C. Site Visitor Data (Collected on behalf of Tenants)
If you visit a website built on the Club Creator platform, we process data under the direction of the Tenant who owns that project:
- Form Submissions: Information entered into Form Blocks (such as Newsletter Forms, Contact Forms, and Player Registration Forms) is stored on our servers and made accessible to the Tenant via their Console.
- Technical Analytics: Anonymized usage data, IP addresses, and device identifiers to optimize page load speeds, verify SSL routing, and prevent spam or malicious activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide the Service: Enabling the Core Builder, saving Draft Configurations, publishing Project Versions, and routing custom domains.
- To Process Payments: Managing subscriptions and billing changes through Stripe.
- Security and Auditing: Recording immutable entries in our Audit Logs for sensitive dashboard actions (e.g., publishing sites, adding workspace members, deleting projects) to protect workspaces from unauthorized access.
- Optimization: Monitoring server performances, CDN routes, and site load speeds to guarantee lightning-fast delivery for all published projects.
3. Sharing and Disclosures
We do not sell user or visitor data. We share information only with trusted service providers essential to running our platform:
- Supabase: For database hosting, authentication, security, and storing uploaded ImageAssets (such as rosters and logos).
- Stripe: For secure subscription billing and payment processing.
- Cloudflare: For edge routing, DNS management, Custom Domain SSL certificate provisioning, and static asset CDN caching.
4. Data Control and Rights
As a User or Tenant, you can update your profile information, manage workspace member lists, delete draft page versions, or modify your subscription plans at any time via the Console Settings. If you wish to delete your account or require data extraction, please contact our support team. For inquiries regarding data collected on a specific sports club website, site visitors should contact the respective Tenant directly.
